How guided missiles launched by submarines (Submerged) ?

The radar are unable to use underwater , how they (submarines) guidance to missiles (Harpoon, Exocet, Kh-35), the target load information (coordinates, range, location) to attack?

UAV, GPS, Helicopter, AEW/AWACS (E-2D, Ka-31…) !!!

Or use the head seeker (active-radar homing) of the anti-ship missile (explain why the version of Harpoon ASHM, Exocet usually shorter than when launched from aircraft and surface ships)
