i was looking just to book to go from BOS-MAN not really but if you look i put in 3 pax

on the map it says 1 seat left so hpow come it still lets you book,aldso why are they stoping this route if its doing so well.

Not all seats are available for online or self service check-in. Airlines hold back seats for many reasons but mainly to provide flexibility in resolving problems or to allocate to passengers with specific needs or particular importance.
As for the route doing well, we have discussed MANY times on this forum why a full flight isn’t necessarily a profitable one.
