I was thinking yesterday about how many airplanes in total number cross the Atlantic (both north and south) everyday. I then thought it could be a nice interesting post to see everyone’s opinion as to what this number could be. I am really guess here but I would guess about 10000 airplanes total cross the Atlantic everyday. What do you think?
Also if anyone can provide an exact number…like that it would be backed factually, I would love to know.
Thanks,
EAL_KING!!

In answer to your question EAL, I would estimate between 600 and 800. 10,000 is I think way off the mark; though I’m here to be proved wrong.
I don’t want to tread on anyone’s toes, but I run one of the biggest weather forums in the U.K. with over 1000 members. If anyone used language like that, they would be banned; even it some of it was **** out. 🙁
Back on topic, I’d be interested to see what the real figure is if anyone can find the answer.

It’ s still an interesting question to ask isn’ t it? Does any know the answer. I would say around 1.000 flights a day across the Atlentic.

(This post has been copied word for word from a.net. I thought it was a bit strange that it had been written in proper english!)
