Despite this it is still sad and shocking that children can and are treated in such inhumane ways across the world. The worrying thing in this case is if someone can do that to a child then they will probably feel no remorse for what they have done.

He looks like a real criminal, so he’ll probably get 2 weeks community service. Go drive 150mph on an empty motorway and you’ll get 2 years jail. Oh, and when you get home from court and you find your home has been broken into and you call the police they can’t send anyone out until next week because they are soooo busy!

And they wonder why people aren’t that bothered about police and court staff pensions and pay?
