How would China and Russia contribute to joint aircraft projects?

Not sure if this should be posted in the China thread or Russki thread.

But Tango posted news that the two best buddies have agreed to produce 1 widebody aircraft together and 1 heavy lift transport military helicopter together.

how would they contribute if its 50/50? where would they excel in contribution?
