How would you form the European Air Force?

Thought Experiment:

Lets say for a moment that the EU decides blow off NATO and integrate their forces into a single military. It is 2013. A single, comprehensive military in the service of the Imperial European Empi… er, European Union. Air Force, Army, Navy, Space Force, Imperial Marines, and Net Force.

After being drafted into the EU Military via the covert recruiting tool known as the “Keypublishing Forums”, you have been tasked with the formation of the EU’s new airforce, as well as it’s naval aviation off it’s soon-to-be-made Empire-class trimaran stealth supercarriers. The European Military has received a massive budget boost thanks to the rise of the EU as a leading world power. (Dont ask, just roll with it.) The various European Union military manufacturers are at your disposal should you deem fit.
