NTSB preliminary report looks like he let his speed drop too low on approach and ended in a stall/spin.

There was another accident, same type in 2012 at the same NAS. Maybe there has been confusion between the two. Very bizarre though, same aircraft type and almost the same place.

Just saw this on twitter. There was a Hunter crash in the same area about 2 years ago. R.I.P.
