Hunter GA11 WT711 arrives in Cumbria

Lakes Lightnings are pleased to announce that WT711 has arrived safely in Cumbria and now resides next to Lightning F1a XM172.

The move from Coventry was accomplished by Historic Aero Ltd and she will be available for viewing by prior arrangement as per wrecks and relics contact at lakeslightnings@hotmail.co.uk.

She will be smartened up but these pics are of her in the rough so to speak.

Pics to follow….enjoy

Neil, is it Sunny in the last pic of the second batch? 😉

Certainly one of Historic Aero’s more interesting jobs.

Second and final batch of pics for now.

Just to point out that WT711 is owned by Heather Graham of Lakes Lightnings who also owns the Harrier T4 nose section!

Heather is priceless as im sure you out there will agree…a rare lady indeed!
