I think that the colour pic was taken by Charles Brown. If so, Hendon will have the negative. Getting a print from them is probably as easy as getting them to buy some light bulbs…

I.I.R.C. it’s taken on the other side (in Colour, like you said) with “Sally” standing up on her hind Quarters & front paws on Johnson’s chest

Try looking for Johnnie Johnson and I think his Lab was Sally, but sure I’ve seen some of him with his dog in the kind of position you require.
