Hurricane I 'NA-H' – Tangmere? Unit?

Hello folks,

Bit of help needed – lovely photo of two Hurricanes early/pre war at Sywell donated to the Museum yesterday – however I can’t make out the serial. Bowyer’s ‘Squadron Codes’ would seem to indicate the ‘NA’ marker means the machine probably came from Tangmere – it is definitely early war as it has a two bladed Watts prop.

I will try and scan and upload it when I get back to work after the airshow –
any help welcome!

NA were 1 Squadron’s prewar codes. There was a photogrpah of NA*H published in Model Aircraft Monthly May 2006 said to be in late 1938. Attributed to R C B Ashworth.
