Hurricane R4074 info.

Can anyone help with info on the recovery of Hurricane R4074, From 46 Squadron, Stapleford. Which was shot down and crashed at Newchurch, Kent. Tuesday October 22 1940, killing the young pilot, J.P. Morrison.

I know the Kent Battle of Britain Museum have some relics from the site, but was it ever fully excavated, and if so does anyone know what was found?
