My friends, this is part of the healing process: Anna would not like to be on a desert island, and certainly not with me: once she would have (won’t admit it now, though), but not any more – she has made that absolutely crystal clear.
I had a whole list of things I was going to put here – answers to her demands (she wants several threads deleted, this one included), that sort of thing – but I shall not bore you with them; it would just making me appear bitter.My luxury: a cat. Can anyone think why?

i’ll have a guess, cats – like dogs – are honest with you, if you are in their good books, they love you and let you know. if they are pi**ed with you then off they go and won’t have anything to do with you. they make good honest companions.
my missus (who incidentally i am having … errr … problems with) has a fridge magnet that says:-
the more i learn about men,
the more i love my cat.
kinda sums things up don’t it.
