Yep thats where I eventually found a moving UK flag last night. (28/2/03). Great site for flags.

The webmaster has increased the min size to 70×70.
Your old one might work now

Cheers hand. IMy flag is from the same website that i had it from before on the old forum, but i had to resize it, and by doing this it stoped moving.
But i shall have have a look at the site you just gave me.

Lost mine too.
I just used Copernic to make a search on the web.
Look for “Animated flag avatar”.
Check that the file is not bigger than 50×50 pixels.
