I LOVE MICROSOFT
I LOVE YOU BILL!!
BRILLIANT NEWS!! I just got this news from a guy at Microsoft Games UK and I asked:
“Don’t suppose you know if there is going to be a patch for FS2002 cos some people are saying that patch will be called FS2004 and costs £60”
He replied:
“I was talking to one of the UK team earlier and he says that a patch is currently being worked on and is due for release soon”
Brilliant News or what!
Regards,
Andrew M

Good news indeed. Patches for flightsim are free, there were two for 2000, both free.
Tlking about flightsim, has anyone messed about with the AI traffic using Ttools? I’m currently working on flightplans for EMA that will mean that all AI traffic arrives at true life times on proper days, using the correct callsigns.

I agree.
I am reasonably happy with 98 SE and if Billy boy thinks he is going to make me change… then it might be to Linux.

Microsoft has made it clear they no longer want to support drivers for any pre-XP OSs and plan to make them all obsolete. I happen to think that XP is cheeseball and is just a bunch of cheap add-ons and glitz and which has nothing more than the win2000 underneith. Im happy with win98 and 2000 and unless MS plans to make a real improvement to these OSs, I really dont want to change, and definately not be forced to use a clown hash-up like XP.

RE: I love u Microsoft
You are happy because they are fixing a game they sold to you and will likely charge you more money for the priviledge?
Yes, this car is a beauty… I’m not going to tell you there is a problem with it… you’ll find that out when you get it home and play with it… no I won’t take it back or fix it for free… in about a year or two I will patch it up… only cost you a few hundred more…
