If you’ve a particular gripe, might be worth doing folks – after all – its things like this that will feed into Airbus market surveys.

Absolutely and I agree about the simplicity of the questions which is why I never went further than the first page.

Thanks Gary, one has to be careful these days. The questions also seem a bit simple for a Master’s thesis. This seems to be a marketing survey, but if the gentleman/lady would come back and provide a little more information, I will be happy to oblige.
