Jaguar crashes while taking off in Ambala:
A Jaguar of the Indian Air Force crashed while taking off from the air force station in Ambala on Thursday, official sources said.
Public Relations Officer Squadron Leader R K Dhingra told rediff.com that the pilot, Flying Officer S Pallarwal, died in the accident, which took place at 0900 hrs.
The fighter, while taking off on a routine training mission, brushed against the fence bordering the runway and crashed.
Since the fuel tank was full, it caught fire immediately
