IAF possibly future customer of Article 172 AAM

According to the Jan. issue I believe of AW&ST (possibly late Dec. issue), Su-35 model advertised an Article 172 long-range Novator AWACS killing beast (400km range and sometimes incorrectly referred to as the KS-172), also near a Yakhont model. The suspicion is that the missile may be developed with India, or that Novator may be looking for a foreign partner, namely the IAF.
