Iberia

We plan to spend one week at Canarias (TFN) in April and we got ticket from IB.
Two out of four of the tickets had mispelling in the name (Tickets bought on the web)

I have contacted those guys on the phone in order to get seat assignments. It’s impossible with this kind of tickets !!!!!
I got bumped o, the phone by a very friendly person and received the same information at ORY counter.

I have asked about the procedure to check in a surf board:
listen to that :

They charge it as extra luggage and charge 257€ for one leg!!!!

What a hell of an airline is this?
Even AF takes a surf board for free !!!

Maybe Keltic has some experience with those guys?
