Hello everyone,
I’m due to fly Iberia from Heathrow to San Sebastian via Madrid in a couple of weeks returning at the end of August. My itinerary is as follows:
6th March LHR – MAD IB3163 Depart 11:35 Arrive 14:55 Boeing 757-200
6th March MAD – EAS IB8322 Depart 16:20 Arrive 17:35 (Operated by Air Nostrum) ATR72
28th August EAS – MAD IB457 Depart 09:45 Arrive 10:40 Mc Donnell Douglas MD87
28th August MAD – LHR IB3164 Depart 12:55 Arrive 14:20 Airbus A321
Can anyone give me some information on both Iberia’s and Air Nostrum’s service. On my itinerary it says I will be served lunch on the LHR – MAD and MAD – LHR flights. Do Iberia still provide hot meals? What about Air Nostrum on domestic flights?
Finally, what is Madrid – Barajas like to transit? I have to transfer from terminal 1 to terminal 3 in 1 hour 25 minutes on the outbound and terminal 2 to terminal 1 in 2 hours 15 minutes on the inbound.
Any information about Iberia or my transit would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
