Anyone who saw Series 1 will appreciate the news that this program, following Buffalo, a C-46, DC-3 and DC-4 Canadian operator (plus Electras – they’re historic too), has a second series coming to the UK
It’s on Quest. Freeview ch. 38
It’s on 5th May
It’s on at 2100.

How, besides the strange accent, do your aviators talk?
Like this…

Re: Bleep. Bleep
Looking forward to the second series, but I’m surely not alone in finding the dialogue hard to follow with these Canucks’ every (bleep) other (bleep) word being a (bleep) swear word !
Be interesting to see if they are still getting a (bleep) supply of the (bleep) fuel for the C.46 and DC.3 :diablo:
You guys get the language bleeped on TV over there, like in the US? Or do you get the pure, unadulterated dialog like we do back home? How, besides the strange accent, do your aviators talk? :)-

It’s almost the same in Alaska … a bleep every dozen words or so … at least in the first part of Flying Wild Alaska which started on the Discovery channel last week.
This episode is to be repeated on Wednesday at noon and the second part will be at its regular spot at 9pm on Thursday.
Not quite so vintage as Buffalo but Era operates Beech 1900s, Dash 8s, Cessna Caravans and Shorts 330s.
