ID Lucas fuel pump & RR oil pump please

Can anyone kindly identify the engines the two following pictured parts were attached to :

1. Lucas fuel pump/valve
Serial No. B10305 Type No. TVA 4-3C AM Ref 36LL-892 DIS P14 ISS 108, 7088-62, 7088-113

2. Oil pump
Cast on body BL12/6, various stamped no’s BL 1616, BL 3037, C9181, pump body, inlet and outlet pipes have extensive braided wire bonding cable and clamps attached, was the engine isolated from the airframe on ferrodo seats ?
