I would concur that this is Meteor HP & LP control, you can see it in cockpit views if you google.

I think your throttle/mixture quadrant may be HP and LP c**k controls from an early jet.
It’s a Teleflex unit that you have and these were commonly used for such a purpose. They are usually marked according to their function, is there any text on it?
