IDF/AF equipment for deterrent and strike deep in enemy territory

At the end of the message it was mentioned that Barak ‘ten days ago approved the purchase of other equipment to bolster the IAF’s deterrent and strike capability deep inside enemy territory.’ What exactly is this equipment?
