In Shlomo Aloni’s, Israeli Mirage and Nesher Aces (Aircraft of the Aces, 59), there is a chart of kills in which it is claimed that Menachem Eliyahu shot down an Egyptian Mi-4 on July 26, 1970.
Any details on this event???

Might want to ask on modern military too. Thats where a fair amount of the more recent who-shot-who-down-with-what arguments go on…;)
