ooohhh..how about the entire contents of the Battle of Britain hall…..or come to that the entire bomber command collection…if it had to be one, I would love to see theDefiant……..or the TSR2….or……… aahh sod it…everything they got! Then Manonthefence mentioned the Battle. He’s right. What a tribute that would be to those crews who faced overwhelming odds in France and still gave their best….. or their all.

Umm, very difficult choice. My shortlist would have to include the Beaufort, Beaufighter, Fw 190, He 162, Sunderland, Typhoon or Wellington. Out of these, I guess I’d probably have to go with the He 162 just for sheer novelty value!

Can I open out this thread and ask what aircraft out of any museum you folks would like to see flying?

I would swap evryone in hendon and I mean one for one with flying P51s just for you that way it gets them off airfields. Maybee “JANIE” got a computer type virus which hopefully will spread to all other P51s Tee Hee:D 😀 😀 😀
