HOw do you mean? In aiming the mistel at the target?, or shooting it down??
If aiming on target use the 190’s gun sight
If shooting it down shoot the 190, make sure your close in so you hit the 190 and not the warhead. Also shoot the Ju88’s wings as well to make it unstable

Its in a mission form all ready- single missions or something, in where you have to bomb a bridge

You need to set a ground attack way point on the target, and then click ‘set’ I believe. This should make a bright green crosshair appear which you then click on the target you want, i.e a particular tank or such like. This should then be set and ready to go.
Also i would make sure you have ample height as well so that the Ju88 bomb can function properly ( and to minimise the chances of the attack not working from being too low etc)
