Hit the print screen button (or select one from the game controls, i think this can be done)
Exit the game and go into the main folder of IL-2, you will see a load of folders etc. What you are after is the .tga file, the icon for this some greeny horrible colour. If you have paint shop pro, or photoshop, use it to open the picture and thus be able to look at it
