IL-76 flight controls

Evening all. Yesterday I was on Airliners.net looking at flight deck photos of the IL-76 when I noticed something odd: in ALL of the photos, the pilots yoke is turned to the right (about 45 degrees) while the copilots yoke is more or less level. Can anyone explain this? At first I thought I was looking at the same picture over and over again, but when I went back I noticed small differences in the instrument panel, the view outside the windows, stuff lying in the seats etc. I have worked C-130’s and E-3’s and on those two, if one yoke is turned in a certain direction, the other does the same thing. I’d appreciate any help. Thank you.
