[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-08-02 AT 02:17 PM (GMT)]Hi all, I’m back from my travels down to Seaton in Devon. How have you all been?
Got back this afternoon about 2:00pm, 4 hour car journey.
Wasn’t a bad holiday, went to many of the main tourist attractions, but could not leave Devon without checking out Exeter Airport first, but not alot to report from there I’m affraid, Saw a few BAC Express Shorts 360’s, 2 British Airways BAe 146’s in the maintanence hanger, an SAS DHC-8 and a few other bits of a/c including a DC-3.
Only reg no.’s I got were:
BAC Express — G-EXPS {picture enclosed below}
BAC Express — G-XPSS
BAC Express — G-OBOS
BA — G-NJIB
Also whilst down there I went to the Fleet Air Arm Museum, and I can now say that I HAVE BEEN ON CONCORDE!!!! lol
Went on 002, the origional concorde protype, also saw many other military a/c!
And on the way home today I passed Popham airfield, and saw many light a/c.
Sorry to be a bit short of info. SORRY.
By the way, would just like to say to all of those who took part in the design your own a/c, WELL DONE, great designs!!!
