Had a little event at the local RC airfield today, inviting scale warbirds especially, but anything allowed. Here’s a summary of the days events;

So sign of any crash tenders present!
You do realise that for a large Airbus A380 you need at least four heavy-duty crash tenders, preferably larger than 1/12th scale 😀

My Hurricane never really tips over. It’s too heavy. The Mossie always tips, but it’s more with the gras and the bumps than the size and weight.
A bitt “off topic” this one, considering it’s not the real deal, but I figured weekend is a day for a good laugh.

I agree with that! The bigger the scale the better. Makes it more likely that the crash-tender can drive over and flatten the A380. I don’t care which scale it is, the A380 will always be ugly! 😀

Well what do you expect if you try to put an A.380 down on grass!
