5 minute wait for the fire service? 😮
When I was training for my PPL I also worked at the airfield as a fireman and im sure we was supposed to get to the accident within 2 minutes.

Sounds as though the control tower didn’t ‘notice’ the accident or anyone else for that matter if a witness had to call 999. :confused:
