Indian Sea Harriers still to be upgraded?

Last I heard was the Indian Navy planned on upgrading there Sea Harriers with new Radar and Derby AAM’s. Is that still on and will the upgraded Sea Harriers operate along side Mig-29K’s? :rolleyes:
