Indonesia intends to obtain eight more Su fighters from Russia in order to bring the number of these combat aircraft in the inventory to full squadron strength.
As the Antara national information agency reports, air force commander-in-chief, Marshal Chappi Hakim, made the announcement at a general rehearsal which took place on Thursday in Jakarta for the celebration of the 58th anniversary of the country’s armed forces.
