[updated:LAST EDITED ON 04-07-02 AT 06:09 AM (GMT)]TNI-AU used to be the most credible air power in the SEA region.Their superiorty in the air was second to none back in the in 60s.Most of their bombers and fighters -made in Russia (back then)but all that have changed since the Suharto govt took over power after the failed military aggressions towards Malaysia.
After the Asian economic crisis-TNI-AU faced a no of internal problems which have resulted most of their air assets being grounded.TNI-AU still a force to be reckon with in this region.
