Hi, have been detailed to give a brief on the as-17b (kh 31AD) krypton missile, I have found plenty of info on the other varients just not alot on this one, other then it is a long range version, if someone could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful, thanks for looking, cheers

While by no means an expert on the missile, I do believe the engagement mechanics are identical or very similar, and I presume the flight profile has some tweaking to maximize range, much like extra range was achieved via lofting for AAMs.

Thanks for replying, was wondering is the kh 31AD exactly the same as all the other variants apart from the fact it has a longer range? for example is it active or passive and are the launch and flight details the same, the people I am giving this brief to are extremely picky, thanks again
