Information Request (I am desperate)

Hello people,

This post is quite different from the ones you have seen before. Its an Academic Request 😮 . Yeah, you heard me 😮 an Academic Request :), but I am really desperate 🙁 🙁 . I think some of you folks would have a background in Managment, Information Systems (IS) Management, Strategic Planning, Strategic Planning for IS etc, etc.

I need information on a Model/Tool/Technique known as the “Index Matrix” developed by CSC Index Foundation. It is used to categorize Business Benefits from IT

Sadly, none of our reference books contain information about this model. My internet searches have proved fruitless as well.

Could any of you folks help out here 😮 . Provide some info or point me to decent referance ?? 🙂
