Don’t know were you got the scenery package from, but if it’s from AVSIM, normally the install instructions are included.

Assuming this is for Flight Simulator 2004…
Your scenery should be in a root folder (is that the term?) and in that should be two further folders – ‘Scenery’ and ‘Texture’. Drag and drop the root folder into your addon scenery folder – usually, C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9Addon Scenery
Start up Flight Simulator, go into ‘Settings’ and ‘Scenery’ and add a new scenery. Locate the root folder on your hard drive and hit ‘OK’.
You should re-start Flight Simulator and just start up a flight from that particular airport to make sure the scenery has installed.
I’ve probably made such a simple process sound very confusing! 😮
