Instrument Id

Hi
I wonder if anyone could help me id a instrument i found at Binbrook last week.
The number is 6a/8378 and code is 397mv.It is a exhaust temperature gauge for a twin engined a/c and made by smiths.
It has been sectioned so i cant see what temperature it goes up too.
Trying to figure out which a/c this may have been fitted too as cant see it fitting any a/c that was based at Binbrook.
Any help would be greatfull 🙂
