Instrument Panel

Hi,

Clearing out my Father’s house I have found this Instrument panel….anyone any idea what it would have come from and is it collectable?

Also have found a pile of ‘The Aeroplane’ magazines- 1 from 11th August 1944 and the complete year’s worth for 1946- are these collectable?
