F-35’s carrying 2 NSM’s internally would make very effective ASuW aircraft, Is it still the case that the B variant has smaller internal weapons bays, if so it may not be possible for it to do this. I think this provides another reason for the Brits to consider the C instead of the D, if the new CVF’s could launch F-35’s equipped with internal NSM’s, it would be a major capability enhancer, especially in a Falklands scenario.
