Interesting historical Albanian pic

Hi to all,

I recently found the following pic and I had the caption translated by an Albanian friend. Apparently the pic was taken in 1925 at the old Tirana airfield.
People around the unspecified aircraft seem in military uniform, which migh draw the conclusion that the aircraft is a military one.

If this assuption is correct, the whole story of the Albanian Air Force, officillly created in 1951 by the Communist regime should be reviewed.
