The Civil Aviation Organization of Iran has recently acquired its second Dassault Falcon 2000EX:

What is truly amazing is that the aircraft was owned by a UK based company called the Quinn Group (http://www.quinn-group.com/index.cfm) with the sale subsequently being handled by a Florida-based private jet dealership:
It’s not yet clear how much the CAO paid for the aircraft, but it is rumored that they paid over $30million for the 2004 Falcon 2000EX that they purchased in late 2010, therefore likely paid a similar amount for G-KWIN / M-ABFF
