Iraqi I-HAWKS and the threat they pose

I read somewhere that the Iraqi Republican Guard and elements of the Popular Army managed to “procure” a number of Improved-HAWK medium-range SAM systems from their exploits in Kuwait and the local armed forces they defeated there.

Do we have any stats on how many might have fallen into Iraqi hands, and in the tactical sense, what sort of capabilities they will gain from them?

What sort of ELWAR countermeasures will be in use (on either side)?

On the medium-range note, does Iraq have any known SA-11 to complement its SA-6s / any other medium-range systems?
