I believe the 262 B the Ground Attack version was nicknamed “Sturmvogel” by its pilots which means stormbird? any body correct me if i am wrong

The ‘262 was named “Swallow”, but the fuselage has often been described as shark-shaped.

Daz, the Bomber-version was called “Stormbird”, the fighters were the “Swallows”. But I don´t know, if these names were officially adopted by the Luftwaffe …

Wasn’t the 262 called/termed a Shark becuase the fuselage looked like….well……a shark?
