Is this a V1 part or…….?

Today’s latest find, I thought V1 fin or rudder but now not sure. Has the correct mottled green finish to 1 side.

Can anyone confirm or deny please? If it’s not, any idea what it is please?

Cheers Anon. That rules out V1 then.

It is 19.5 inches wide and 10.5 inches deep narrowing to 7.5 inches.

I can’t make out the inspectors stamp, but the part number seems to be 83038 on the bracket and 99553 on the flat.

V1 rudder is a rectangle, no curvature.

Looks like a trim tab from a British-built aircraft, though which one I have no idea. How big is it?
