Is this an APU

Can anyone identify this APU was it fitted to something like the Beverley. The outer frame is being restored and the engine which has been cleaned can then be refitted. It turns over ok so hopefully will run it has twin plugs and has a Rotol label on it. Was it a drone engine, the generator side is missing.
