Is this picture a fake?

I have come across some articles on the web that state the SR-71 had one external hardpoint that could accomodate some sort of nuclear weapon and I was stunned? Then I found this
BUT, I do recall the SR-71 being able to piggy back some sort of launch vehicle now that I think about it? Does anyone know what Im talking about?
