Indeedy. If it was in Japan, the Police would be working on 750,000 HD vids and pics!
As for the 30 second clip, some old cameras and camPhones only allowed a 30 second clip.

If fighters were pursuing a UFO they would not be holding a tight display formation in which the second pilot can do nothing but watch the wing of his leader.

They would open out into a combat spread so that both could concentrate on the target.

I suppose it depends on your belief or otherwise in UFOs. The all to brief footage makes no connection between the two aircraft and the black disc and it’s far to brief to form any considered judgement about it.

I would say its has fake as you could get.
Why would you only film 30 seconds , you would ant more o orove it was gen.
The fighter look like a formation from an airshow.
