Israel is discussing with the Czech Republic the possibility of participating in the upgrading of its Mi-24 helicopters, Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom said Wednesday, after meeting Czech Defense Minister Miroslav Kostelka in Prague.
The meeting came at the end of Shalom’s two-day visit to the Czech Republic. In addition, Shalom said a Defense Ministry and IAF team would soon visit the Czech Republic to consider buying a Czech training plane.
