Morning all!
Back in October I visited the excelent Italian Air Force Museum at Vigna di Valle.
Set on the lakeside at an old seaplane base, this fantastic museum contains many genuine Italian WW1 and WW2 aircraft, together with Schnieder Trophy aircraft and a nice selection of postwar jets and trainers
As well as all this, it’s free!

The museum is well worth a visit if you get the chance.

I went in January 2011 and would recommend the museum to anyone. The museum was just fantastic.

I’ve always wanted to visit that museum, and the pictures just make that feeling stronger! There are some real treasures there, particulalry the fantastic original WW1 types.
